The story:

For 22 years, I worked as an executive in sales and operations in high tech companies creating and developing business information , enterprise wide project management, and business partner/reseller channel development systems. I especially enjoy helping to grow companies from start up to pre IPO. It's very engaging and exciting...

My midlife opportunity:  

I was attending the Center for Creative Leadership in July of 2002 and I discovered, among MANY other things, that I had no passion for the business that I had helped grow into a two time INC 500 company. 

In fact, I found that I had spent decades developing and using my energy in ways that were neither satisfying for me personally nor really helping to contribute to society in any way that I felt was meaningful.

They said that I needed to find and pursue my passion. Hmm...

Soon I discovered a real passion for renewable energy and began my research to determine where my efforts could do the most good and have not stopped learning since. Having more fun than ever before in the process.

I have been self-employed since 2004 and am currently involved in business growth and development consulting, as well as operating my own internet business'.
